“I got quotes from three different painting companies: $380 with no explanation of how the work would be done; $200 with some explanation; and My Three Sons’ quote of $297 with a calm, detailed and clearly presented plan for treating the rust and painting the vent. Owner Keith Zafren kept in touch with me by phone and email before he went to my house; after he looked at this very small project when he again explained what he would do and when he planned to do it; after he got the first coat on (and sent pictures); and when the job was finished. He even sent a picture of my pathetic porch and offered to write a quote for staining. Keith requested a partial payment for the materials, and within a week, the job was done. HUGE IMPROVEMENT. I would definitely recommend him and would use him again. I just had four rooms painted by My Three Sons and they did an incredible job. Quick, neat, careful, well organized, conscientious, polite, always on time, and they did a beautiful job. I've never had a better experience with painters and have never had a project look so good. Travis, the crew leader, was always professional and a real pleasure to work with, the kind of person I was happy to trust with my home. Though they didn't submit the lowest bid, their price was very fair and very competitive and their thoroughness in assessing the job and preparing their estimate was impressive, head and shoulders above any of the others I called. It made it easy to choose them for the job. Keith, the owner, even helped pick out the colors.

We are so pleased with the work performed by My Three Sons Professional Painting. They painted the entire interior of our home and transformed our home. Travis and his crew were such a pleasure to have around, worked really hard, and cleaned up after themselves at the end of every work day. They certainly cared about doing a good job for us, and it was reflected in the finished product. During the middle of the project, we went out of town for a week. We felt very safe leaving them in our home knowing that they could be trusted with the keys to our home and that they would not cut corners on the job while we were away. Keith was so great to work with and followed up on every question or concern we had. We are happy that we chose My Three Sons Painting to do our job and will certainly call on them for any future painting projects we might have.

I found My Three Sons online. They painted a door and frame, patched and painted a wall, and sanded, primed, and painted an unfinished fireplace mantel. Keith, the owner, was amazing. He was always on time, detailed with his assessment of the project, explained everything thoroughly, and was in contact with me regularly throughout the process. Best of all, Keith was able to schedule me in for the NEXT DAY - a SATURDAY since my project was fairly small and he had an employee willing to work a weekend. Keith came over the day painting began and went over the to-do list with the painter personally. He brought all of the supplies needed and checked in with me each day to make sure I was satisfied with the work. If I contacted him with a question, I heard back from him within minutes. You couldn't ask for a nicer, more professional guy. I felt like he genuinely cared that I was not only happy with the work, but the entire experience. I also felt that they made my time and schedule a priority. Ben, the painter who did the work was great as well. He showed up when he said he would, worked efficiently, was very neat, and was very courteous and polite. He did a wonderful job. Based on the above, I really have no reason to look for another painting company. I trust My Three Sons and plan to use them for all of our painting needs in the future.

The bid was accurate, the work was done as soon as my other contractors finished the exterior construction, and the painters were professional, efficient and kind. We originally obtained three bids to paint the interior of our house. Unfortunately, we elected to go with a local franchise of a national company that was less expensive. The online reviews were positive and a friend had used them with good results. This turned out to be one of the biggest mistakes we have made. Be aware that reviews may be crew-specific. Some of the individuals sent to paint our home were careless and borderline incompetent. We had to clean for about two hours each night after they left and the end result was much worse than if I had done the job myself. We then contacted Keith at My Three Sons to come in and paint the woodwork. I cannot express the difference between the two companies. Geyner and Christopher have cared for our home like it was their own. The workmanship is fantastic. These gentlemen are professionals and take pride in their craft; totally unlike our previous experience. I give My Three Sons my highest recommendation. Keith is a man of integrity and stands behind his company’s work. We will not waste our time with bids for our next painting job. I will consider no one else.

I wanted to commend My Three Sons Professional Painting Services (Painters in Lexington) for the job they did on the outside of my house. I hated the color of the brick and had tried to remedy by having someone else dye the brick; it looked like he had put graffiti on my house. Keith, the owner, did some research on what I could do to fix it. We decided on a lime wash paint and it looks great. I have had several compliments within just a few days. I will use them for any painting needs in the future as well

Painters in Lexington - My Three Sons Professional Painting Services. We hired this company to stain our deck. It’s a new deck that we spent a lot of time (and $$) to build, so we wanted the initial staining to be done well to protect our investment. We got numerous bids and while My Three Sons was not the lowest price, they were an easy choice for our project. The initial estimate process was very professional, knowledgeable, and plan clearly explained. Follow-up calls were not done in an annoying/pestering way. When it was time to move forward, the communication moved to a different person, but the transition was smooth with no drop in customer service. The project started exactly when promised, the crew on-site was professional, stayed busy, and communicated very clearly when they were leaving both days for what to expect next. We’ve had our share of bad experiences with contractors not showing, communicating, poor quality, etc. My Three Sons has been the best contractor experience that we have ever had. When we’re ready for our next painting/staining project, we’ll definitely return to this company!
