Team Leaders make an hourly wage in the range of $20-$25

Team Leaders must demonstrate prior experience for hire at or a raise to this level and pay scale. Team Leaders must possess and maintain a work vehicle which is able to transport all equipment and tools including a shop-vac, ladders, and materials between job sites.

Team Leaders are responsible for tracking and reporting work hours for all members of his/her team each day, as well as getting additionally materials as needed during a project.

Most of our Team Leaders will grow into this position after serving as a Journeyman Painter at My Three Sons Professional Painting.

Team Leaders must maintain all their own tools in order to complete jobs assigned to them.

Incentive Reward Pay will be granted to Team Leaders for Performance Standards of their team.

Prep Helpers and Painters-in-Training make an hourly wage in the range of $8-$13

Prep Helpers and Painters-in-Training are not required to have any previous painting experience. The Company will train these employees in the skills they need to know, and how to perform the work required. During this training period, the Employee will purchase their own tools which they will need to become a painter. The Company does not offer any Benefits to Prep Helpers or Painters-in-Training. Incentive Reward Pay will not be granted to Prep Helpers and Painters-in-Training.

 

Painters make an hourly wage in the range of $14-$16.

Painters must demonstrate prior experience for hire at this level and pay scale. Each Painter is expected to provide his/her own paintbrushes, caulking gun, five-way, putty knife and duster, and to bring these tools to work every day. Other tools and supplies will be provided by My Three Sons Professional Painting. Benefits listed in our Employee Handbook will be extended to Full-Time Painters after one year of service as a Painter for My Three Sons Professional Painting. Incentive Reward Pay will be granted to Teams for Performance Standards detailed in our Employee Handbook.

 

Journeyman Painters make an hourly wage in the range of $16-$19

Journeyman Painters must demonstrate extensive experience and training for hire at or a raise to this level and pay scale. Each Journeyman Painter is expected to provide his/her own tools, and to bring these tools to work every day. Benefits listed in our Employee Handbook will be extended to Full-Time Journeyman Painters after one year of service as a Journeyman Painter for My Three Sons Professional Painting. Incentive Reward Pay will be granted to Teams for Performance Standards detailed in our Employee Handbook.
