Keith personally interviews and vets every new employee, including background checks for criminal records, drug screening, and checking references, particularly from former employers. Before being brought on to the team, each new employee is required to carefully read, sign, and agree to a detailed Company Code of Conduct to which Keith holds every employee accountable. This is one of the ways we ensure our company-wide core values of being professional and exceptional while acting always with responsibility, reliability, and integrity.

Open Positions

All our employees are treated with professionalism and care as people as well as professionals at our company. This may be the primary reason so many outstanding Team Leaders, painters, and office staff apply for employment with us. They know that they will not just make a wage with us, they will make a living. It’s why our Team Leaders have been with us far longer than industry standard where painters tend to drift from company to company, having trouble keeping consistent employment anywhere due to not getting along with other employees or management, not showing up regularly, drinking on the job, or just poor-quality work.

Men and women who are good people as well as great painters want to work for us because we treat them with the honor and the respect they deserve, and we pay them better than they will make anywhere else. They deserve it. Your project deserves it. And I believe it’s worth paying for. It’s a big win for everyone, including you! As my mom taught me many years ago, “You get what you pay for.”
