Testimonials

“Keith and Carlos rebuilt a screened porch and deck that had been poorly constructed initially. Their product and craft was as described and they communicated well. I was much happier with the end result. Since completion there have been some minor issues that needed attention. Keith has communicated immediately and Carlos has fixed in a timely manner. They can be relied upon to follow thorough with their guarantee. I would not hesitate to use them again for further projects.” – Amanda S., 5 Star Google Review

“Mary Queen Church just had My Three Sons repaint its sanctuary and gathering area. It had been 23 years since the facility had been built and it needed a full facelift. There were numerous “prep” areas that Bryan took special care to repair. The professionalism and quality of the work by Keith and his staff were exemplary. With a Church, there are many unforeseen bumps in the road as it deals with scheduling and conflicts. Keith was the ultimate professional in dealing with each problem. Our sanctuary looks beautiful with the fresh paint. I would highly recommend My Three Sons to you as your painting contractor.”

“Keith was professional in every aspect. The contract was very detailed with no hidden surprises. He and his crew did what he said he would do in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend to anyone.“

“Keith, Tony, Joseph, Carlos, Guillermo and the whole team did an amazing job with our painting project and primary bath renovation. As complex as everything was, the project was on budget and on time! Keith is very responsive, communicative, and truly wants you to love the outcome (no matter what it takes). It was well worth the additional cost compared to other painters and renovation companies. Excited to work on more projects with them in the future.” – Adam P., 5 Star Google Review

“It is a pleasure for us to say this company did an amazing job on our project. Their capabilities far outweigh anything I could ever say about the quality of work performed. I highly recommend these painters in Lexington for any job no matter the size of the project.” (Tuscany, Hamburg)

“My Three Sons Professional Painting Services are OUTSTANDING!!! My deck used to look 100 yrs old, but these painters in Lexington did a great job cleaning, restoring, & painting it. Now it looks practically brand new!! They were very courteous, trustworthy, & professional as well, and that gave me piece of mind when hired them. I will definitely be calling them again for my next job & highly recommend them for yours.“

“My Three Sons quoted us for a variety of work, including exterior painting and soffit repair. They were extremely professional, kind, and responsive through the whole process. Their team is friendly and easy to work with, and we are happy to recommend them to friends.” – Ryan H., 5 Star Google Review

“We wholeheartedly recommend My Three Sons painting. Everyone, from the estimators to the painters, was always on time and very professional. Roger and his team did a fabulous job getting our almost 30-years-old drywall to look new again by repairing nail pops and seams. Then they came back after the carpenter had installed trim and spray painted a 2-story foyer, hallways, and family room. They also painted ceilings and an exterior door. The communication all along the way was terrific, and change orders were accommodated and done quickly and efficiently. We could not be more pleased with the results and will definitely call them again for all our drywall and painting needs.” – Erin M., 5 Star Google Review

“From the presentation to the finished repairs, My Three Sons completed the listed proposal with excellence. Our team leader was Roma, his attention to detail was impressive. We had several different repairs as well as an exterior paint job. We are so pleased with the results and the care that was given to the work area before and after completion. When it comes to painters in the Lexington area, we look forward to working with this company again.” – Beth J., 5 Star Google Review

“Tony and the entire team were a pleasure to work with. The estimate was fair and accurate, the work was expert and efficient, and the entire job from beginning to end was a breeze (for us, at least!). We’re so grateful to you all for helping us with our big project.” – Christie C., 5 Star Google Review

“First time homeowner who was looking for painters in Georgetown in order to paint the interior of the new house. It was a little tricky because the previous owners had left the walls in bad shape, bad paint cover up jobs, loose baseboards, various holes in the walls, etc, so I was concerned about finding a painter who could also repair the damage at the same time without being taken advantage of. Three Sons looked like they had what I needed. The quote was on upper end of my scale, but each room was totally broken down individually so you knew exactly what you were going to get for each price point, which was super clear and helpful. My experience with the actual painting was fantastic. Team leader Roger and his team were great. Every day he went through the house with me, explaining what they were going to do that day and what they had done. The attention he had to detail was appreciated, he went back over areas if needed, spent a lot of time repairing holes and damage and the walls now look brand new. I don’t even want to hang pictures now they look so nice! Roger was very easy to talk to and there was no feeling uncomfortable about asking for a tiny drop or minuscule bubble to get fixed. Everything was done in an orderly and professional fashion, cleaned up daily, on time every morning, and he really made this process so much easier and less stressful then I expected (as he said he would!) Would definitely use them again for next project no question based on this experience.” – Caroline V., 5 Star Google Review

“We were extremely pleased with My Three Sons and cannot say enough kind words about our experience; from our first contact for an estimate with Josh through the time Victor and his team worked in our home. Everyone we dealt with was professional and efficient. My Three Sons made our first experience with painters in Lexington such a pleasant one.” – Gayle P., 5 Star Google Review

“I am very please with the quality of the work done by My Three Sons Painting. The new paint looks great, and the job was done professionally, in a timely fashion, and at a reasonable price. Keith communicated with me often throughout the process to keep me informed of what work was scheduled and when the work would be done. I recommend My Three Sons to anyone for your painting needs. You won’t be disappointed.”

“I received 2 estimates. Keith was clear, thorough and professional. His estimate was a little higher but he was suggesting a bit more than we had originally thought. We decided to wait until late summer/early fall. Keith followed up and kept in touch. My husband decided to go with a third person – not nearly the quality I knew Keith would provide and this person’s clean up/finish turned out to be a fiasco. I am so sorry we didn’t work with Keith and My Three Sons.“

“My Three Sons Painting did an amazing job and painting transformation. Professionalism abounds from their communication to their attention to details. While improvements are never a pleasant experience regardless, this was by far the best process and finished product and exceeded even my lofty expectations. Bravo to the entire crew.“
