Testimonials

“We originally obtained three bids to paint the interior of our house. Unfortunately, we elected to go with a local franchise of a national company that was less expensive. The online reviews were positive and a friend had used them with good results. This turned out to be one of the biggest mistakes we have made. Be aware that reviews may be crew-specific. Some of the individuals sent to paint our home were careless and borderline incompetent. We had to clean for about two hours each night after they left and the end result was much worse than if I had done the job myself. We then contacted Keith at My Three Sons to come in and paint the woodwork. I cannot express the difference between the two companies. Geyner and Christopher have cared for our home like it was their own. The workmanship is fantastic. These gentlemen are professionals and take pride in their craft; totally unlike our previous experience. I give My Three Sons my highest recommendation. Keith is a man of integrity and stands behind his company’s work. We will not waste our time with bids for our next painting job. I will consider no one else.” (Tuscany, Hamburg)

“Excellent communication. Our project took several days and John always showed up on time and when he said he would. The drywall repair work we had done was absolutely top notch. I felt Keith and his staff were highly committed to excellent workmanship and customer satisfaction.“

“My Three Sons Painting finished painting my dining room and two rooms of trim repair and repaint today, and I couldn’t be happier! Tony and Justin came in with masks on to keep me safe, covers to keep my floors and furniture safe, and then they worked their magic. They were at my house for two days and started both by letting me know what they planned to do that day, and asked if I had questions or changes. They ended each day by letting me know exactly what they had completed, and asked if I had questions or changes. They were friendly, thorough, and went the extra mile to make sure I was pleased with their work. I may not ever DIY with painting anymore, it makes such a difference when a professional does it!”

“We wholeheartedly recommend My Three Sons painting. Everyone, from the estimators to the painters, was always on time and very professional. Roger and his team did a fabulous job getting our almost 30-years-old drywall to look new again by repairing nail pops and seams. Then they came back after the carpenter had installed trim and spray painted a 2-story foyer, hallways, and family room. They also painted ceilings and an exterior door. The communication all along the way was terrific, and change orders were accommodated and done quickly and efficiently. We could not be more pleased with the results and will definitely call them again for all our drywall and painting needs.” – Erin M., 5 Star Google Review

“With these painters in Lexington you get what you pay for – a premium result done by courteous professionals who care about your satisfaction and your property. Great communication kept us informed along the way. Highly recommend.“

“Last November, I hired Keith Zafren’s company, My Three Sons Professional Painting, to apply an elastomeric coating to my badly weathered deck. Keith assured me this product would last 5-7 years. Well, after only 8 months, my deck looked terrible. The product was peeling and cracking everywhere. I informed Keith and he immediately came out the next day to inspect the problems personally. He called me right away to tell me it was clear to him the men who he had performed the work 8 months ago did not listen to his instructions, and they applied the product improperly. Hence, the product failure. Within two days, he had another one of his men at my house to pressure wash all the old product off my deck, and then apply two new coats of the coating properly, all at no cost to me. It’s remarkable to find a contractor who stands behind his work and word like Keith does. I’m very happy with my deck now. And I’m confident that if there are any other issues, Keith will resolve them.”

“My Three Sons Professional Painting Services are OUTSTANDING!!! My deck used to look 100 yrs old, but these painters in Lexington did a great job cleaning, restoring, & painting it. Now it looks practically brand new!! They were very courteous, trustworthy, & professional as well, and that gave me piece of mind when hired them. I will definitely be calling them again for my next job & highly recommend them for yours.“

“It is a pleasure for us to say this company did an amazing job on our project. Their capabilities far outweigh anything I could ever say about the quality of work performed. I highly recommend these painters in Lexington for any job no matter the size of the project.” (Tuscany, Hamburg)

“Keith, Tony, Joseph, Carlos, Guillermo and the whole team did an amazing job with our painting project and primary bath renovation. As complex as everything was, the project was on budget and on time! Keith is very responsive, communicative, and truly wants you to love the outcome (no matter what it takes). It was well worth the additional cost compared to other painters and renovation companies. Excited to work on more projects with them in the future.” – Adam P., 5 Star Google Review

“I had one of those painting jobs that most contractors decline to quote- I needed a metal stair case in my loft condo painted black. As it turned out, not many painters have that particular experience and skill set. From quote to finish, My Three Sons Painting was so professional in communication, and the painting job was completed in two days, to perfection – thanks, Dakota! I’ve never had such a good experience with a painting contractor. Call My Three Sons Painting!” – Ms. Oakes, 5 Star Google Review

“My Three Sons painted the entire exterior of our home and my wife and I cannot be happier with the way the job was done and the results of the work. We have never lived in a painted brick home but Keith, Victor and the crew walked us along to make the bold decision to do so. Our home’s curb appeal increased exponentially. From the proposal stage to the finished product, the work was done in the most professional manner possible. We would highly recommend My Three Sons.” – Evan M., 5 Star Google Review

“I hired My Three Sons to remove the textured ceilings in a new home I purchased in December 2020. The job was sizable, requiring the removal of approximately 3400 square feet of textured surface. Tony, our project manager, successfully finished the job over a relatively short period with great care and attention to detail. Looking at our ceilings now, you would never know they were once textured–they are perfectly smooth, pristine, and look original to the house. Moreover, the removal of the texture brightened the light in our home significantly and modernized the overall look immediately. I can’t say enough about how professional My Three Sons was or what a great job they did. Amongst all the many, large-scale projects we tackled in our new home, refinishing the ceilings resulted in one of our favorite finished products and it is something we are so glad we did with My Three Sons.“

“Angel and crew were fantastic! The entire process was seamless. Crews were polite, informative, and professional throughout the entire time. I wouldn’t hesitate to use My Three Sons painting in Lexington – they did what they quoted, were prompt, and spent time explaining any issues that came up. We will, and have already, recommended My Three Sons Painting to friends.” – Julie K., 5 Star Google Review
