We interview and vet every new employee, including background checks for criminal records, drug screening, and checking references, particularly from former employers. Before being brought on to the team, each new employee is required to carefully read, sign, and agree to a detailed Company Code of Conduct to which the company holds every employee accountable. This is one of the ways we ensure our company-wide core values of being professional and exceptional while acting always with responsibility, reliability, and integrity.
All our painters experience ongoing skills and character training from company management and also from the Team Leader to whom they are assigned to work.
