It’s a new deck that we spent a lot of time (and $$) to build, so we wanted the initial staining to be done well to protect our investment. We got numerous bids and while My Three Sons was not the lowest price, they were an easy choice for our project. The initial estimate process was very professional, knowledgeable, and plan clearly explained. Follow-up calls were not done in an annoying/pestering way. When it was time to move forward, the communication moved to a different person, but the transition was smooth with no drop in customer service. The project started exactly when promised, the crew on-site was professional, stayed busy, and communicated very clearly when they were leaving both days for what to expect next. I have found them to be trustworthy (quote was exactly the same as the actual price with no hidden fees), reliable (turned up when they said they would and kept me informed of the timeline and schedule every step of the way), respectful (Justin and Shane were awesome, very polite and kept the place clean and tidy. In fact they swept my unfinished basement floor when they were done and it looked better than it did when they started work!). Last but not least, the quality is spot on. Absolutely no complaints. Tony and Justin came in with masks on to keep me safe, covers to keep my floors and furniture safe, and then they worked their magic. They were at my house for two days and started both by letting me know what they planned to do that day, and asked if I had questions or changes.
