“We originally obtained three bids to paint the interior of our house. Unfortunately, we elected to go with a local franchise of a national company that was less expensive. The online reviews were positive and a friend had used them with good results. This turned out to be one of the biggest mistakes we have made. Be aware that reviews may be crew-specific. Some of the individuals sent to paint our home were careless and borderline incompetent. We had to clean for about two hours each night after they left and the end result was much worse than if I had done the job myself. We then contacted Keith at My Three Sons to come in and paint the woodwork. I cannot express the difference between the two companies. Geyner and Christopher have cared for our home like it was their own. The workmanship is fantastic. These gentlemen are professionals and take pride in their craft; totally unlike our previous experience. I give My Three Sons my highest recommendation. “First time homeowner who was looking for painters in Georgetown in order to paint the interior of the new house. It was a little tricky because the previous owners had left the walls in bad shape, bad paint cover up jobs, loose baseboards, various holes in the walls, etc, so I was concerned about finding a painter who could also repair the damage at the same time without being taken advantage of. Three Sons looked like they had what I needed. The quote was on upper end of my scale, but each room was totally broken down individually so you knew exactly what you were going to get for each price point, which was super clear and helpful. My experience with the actual painting was fantastic. Team leader Roger and his team were great. Every day he went through the house with me, explaining what they were going to do that day and what they had done. The attention he had to detail was appreciated, he went back over areas if needed, spent a lot of time repairing holes and damage and the walls now look brand new. I don’t even want to hang pictures now they look so nice! Roger was very easy to talk to and there was no feeling uncomfortable about asking for a tiny drop or minuscule bubble to get fixed. Everything was done in an orderly and professional fashion, cleaned up daily, on time every morning, and he really made this process so much easier and less stressful then I expected (as he said he would!) “My Three Sons Painting finished painting my dining room and two rooms of trim repair and repaint today, and I couldn’t be happier! Tony and Justin came in with masks on to keep me safe, covers to keep my floors and furniture safe, and then they worked their magic. They were at my house for two days and started both by letting me know what they planned to do that day, and asked if I had questions or changes. I am elated that I did! He came to the rescue of a bath project that was in disarray and my daughters bedroom that needed repainted. “Painters in Lexington – My Three Sons Professional Painting Services. We hired this company to stain our deck. It’s a new deck that we spent a lot of time (and $$) to build, so we wanted the initial staining to be done well to protect our investment. We got numerous bids and while My Three Sons was not the lowest price, they were an easy choice for our project. The initial estimate process was very professional, knowledgeable, and plan clearly explained. Follow-up calls were not done in an annoying/pestering way. When it was time to move forward, the communication moved to a different person, but the transition was smooth with no drop in customer service. The project started exactly when promised, the crew on-site was professional, stayed busy, and communicated very clearly when they were leaving both days for what to expect next. We’ve had our share of bad experiences with contractors not showing, communicating, poor quality, etc. My Three Sons has been the best contractor experience that we have ever had. “Last November, I hired Keith Zafren’s company, My Three Sons Professional Painting, to apply an elastomeric coating to my badly weathered deck. Keith assured me this product would last 5-7 years. Well, after only 8 months, my deck looked terrible. The product was peeling and cracking everywhere. I informed Keith and he immediately came out the next day to inspect the problems personally. He called me right away to tell me it was clear to him the men who he had performed the work 8 months ago did not listen to his instructions, and they applied the product improperly. Hence, the product failure. Within two days, he had another one of his men at my house to pressure wash all the old product off my deck, and then apply two new coats of the coating properly, all at no cost to me. It’s remarkable to find a contractor who stands behind his work and word like Keith does. I’m very happy with my deck now. And I’m confident that if there are any other issues, Keith will resolve them.”
