“I received 2 estimates. Keith was clear, thorough and professional. His estimate was a little higher but he was suggesting a bit more than we had originally thought. We decided to wait until late summer/early fall. Keith followed up and kept in touch. My husband decided to go with a third person – not nearly the quality I knew Keith would provide and this person’s clean up/finish turned out to be a fiasco. “I am impressed with Keith’s follow up. They had refinished my decks about two years ago, and one of the decks began showing accelerated age at the end of last year. I contacted Keith and he promptly came out to see for himself. Not only did he come, but he brought the manufacturer rep of the product used. They agreed that the deck did not represent what they expected in terms of quality. He scheduled a time that day to come back out, strip, and redo the entire deck. “My Three Sons did some extensive work for our church the summer of 2015. When the time came for us to have the basement floor scraped and painted the company went to the top of our list. We also asked them to stain and waterproof our handicapped ramp at the same time. They gave us a detailed bid of the work to be done and a very competitive price for both projects.
