Roger and his team did a fabulous job getting our almost 30-years-old drywall to look new again by repairing nail pops and seams. Tony and Justin came in with masks on to keep me safe, covers to keep my floors and furniture safe, and then they worked their magic. They were at my house for two days and started both by letting me know what they planned to do that day, and asked if I had questions or changes. They ended each day by letting me know exactly what they had completed, and asked if I had questions or changes. My husband and I were very impressed by the thoughtfulness and extra consideration the owner Keith Zafren showed in his proposal and estimate. When we did have one small issue a couple months later with the front storm door, Mr. Zafren immediately responded to my email, came personally to inspect the issue, and fixed it to our complete satisfaction at no extra cost.
