“Keith and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. I had a two story entryway and hallway painted by them, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. It ended up turning out so beautifully, I asked them to do another room! They were able to get it done the next day which i greatly appreciated. The men who did the painting even fixed mistakes on the ceiling that they did not make, which speaks to the pride they take in their work. On top of doing a beautiul job, I also felt comfortable with them in my home. They were kind, respectful, great with my pets (two large dogs), and very clean. Each day they left my house cleaner than how they found it. I also changed my mind on the paint color the morning that they were due to start, something which understandably could have been very frustrating, but Keith was extremely accommodating. He gave me an honest opinion when asked for and called his contact at the paint store to have the colors adjusted quickly so the job could start on time. “I am impressed with Keith’s follow up. They had refinished my decks about two years ago, and one of the decks began showing accelerated age at the end of last year. I contacted Keith and he promptly came out to see for himself. Not only did he come, but he brought the manufacturer rep of the product used. “My Three Sons did some extensive work for our church the summer of 2015. When the time came for us to have the basement floor scraped and painted the company went to the top of our list. We also asked them to stain and waterproof our handicapped ramp at the same time. They gave us a detailed bid of the work to be done and a very competitive price for both projects. “I got quotes from three different painting companies: $380 with no explanation of how the work would be done; $200 with some explanation; and My Three Sons’ quote of $297 with a calm, detailed and clearly presented plan for treating the rust and painting the vent. Owner Keith Zafren kept in touch with me by phone and email before he went to my house; after he looked at this very small project when he again explained what he would do and when he planned to do it; after he got the first coat on (and sent pictures); and when the job was finished. He even sent a picture of my pathetic porch and offered to write a quote for staining. Keith requested a partial payment for the materials, and within a week, the job was done. HUGE IMPROVEMENT. I would definitely recommend him and would use him again. This is the second time I’ve used Angie’s List for finding and contracting with a service provider, and I have been thoroughly pleased with both.“
