“I got quotes from three different painting companies: $380 with no explanation of how the work would be done; $200 with some explanation; and My Three Sons’ quote of $297 with a calm, detailed and clearly presented plan for treating the rust and painting the vent. Owner Keith Zafren kept in touch with me by phone and email before he went to my house; after he looked at this very small project when he again explained what he would do and when he planned to do it; after he got the first coat on (and sent pictures); and when the job was finished. “I hired My Three Sons to remove the textured ceilings in a new home I purchased in December 2020. The job was sizable, requiring the removal of approximately 3400 square feet of textured surface. Tony, our project manager, successfully finished the job over a relatively short period with great care and attention to detail. Looking at our ceilings now, you would never know they were once textured–they are perfectly smooth, pristine, and look original to the house. Moreover, the removal of the texture brightened the light in our home significantly and modernized the overall look immediately. I can’t say enough about how professional My Three Sons was or what a great job they did. Amongst all the many, large-scale projects we tackled in our new home, refinishing the ceilings resulted in one of our favorite finished products and it is something we are so glad we did with My Three Sons.“

“Painters in Lexington – My Three Sons Professional Painting Services. We hired this company to stain our deck. It’s a new deck that we spent a lot of time (and $$) to build, so we wanted the initial staining to be done well to protect our investment. We got numerous bids and while My Three Sons was not the lowest price, they were an easy choice for our project. The initial estimate process was very professional, knowledgeable, and plan clearly explained. Follow-up calls were not done in an annoying/pestering way. When it was time to move forward, the communication moved to a different person, but the transition was smooth with no drop in customer service. The project started exactly when promised, the crew on-site was professional, stayed busy, and communicated very clearly when they were leaving both days for what to expect next. We’ve had our share of bad experiences with contractors not showing, communicating, poor quality, etc. My Three Sons has been the best contractor experience that we have ever had.
