It’s a new deck that we spent a lot of time (and $$) to build, so we wanted the initial staining to be done well to protect our investment. We got numerous bids and while My Three Sons was not the lowest price, they were an easy choice for our project. The initial estimate process was very professional, knowledgeable, and plan clearly explained. Follow-up calls were not done in an annoying/pestering way. When it was time to move forward, the communication moved to a different person, but the transition was smooth with no drop in customer service. The project started exactly when promised, the crew on-site was professional, stayed busy, and communicated very clearly when they were leaving both days for what to expect next. We’ve had our share of bad experiences with contractors not showing, communicating, poor quality, etc. My Three Sons has been the best contractor experience that we have ever had. “I would highly recommend My Three Sons. They painted the exterior of our home as well as did a remodel of an attached mud room. My husband and I were very impressed by the thoughtfulness and extra consideration the owner Keith Zafren showed in his proposal and estimate. When we did have one small issue a couple months later with the front storm door, Mr. Zafren immediately responded to my email, came personally to inspect the issue, and fixed it to our complete satisfaction at no extra cost. “In a world where there only seems to be horror stories, My Three Sons is a shining light. I have found them to be trustworthy (quote was exactly the same as the actual price with no hidden fees), reliable (turned up when they said they would and kept me informed of the timeline and schedule every step of the way), respectful (Justin and Shane were awesome, very polite and kept the place clean and tidy. “We hired My Three Sons to remove the textured ceilings in a new home we purchased in December 2020. The job was sizable, requiring the removal of approximately 3400 square feet of textured surface. Tony, our project manager, successfully finished the job over a relatively short period with great care and attention to detail. Looking at our ceilings now, you would never know they were once textured–they are perfectly smooth, pristine, and look original to the house. Moreover, the removal of the texture brightened the light in our home significantly and modernized the overall look immediately. We can’t say enough about how professional My Three Sons was or what a great job they did. Amongst all the many, large-scale projects we tackled in our new home, refinishing the ceilings resulted in one of our favorite finished products and it is something we are so glad we did with My Three Sons.”
