I have found them to be trustworthy (quote was exactly the same as the actual price with no hidden fees), reliable (turned up when they said they would and kept me informed of the timeline and schedule every step of the way), respectful (Justin and Shane were awesome, very polite and kept the place clean and tidy. In fact they swept my unfinished basement floor when they were done and it looked better than it did when they started work!). Last but not least, the quality is spot on. Absolutely no complaints. “I received 2 estimates. Keith was clear, thorough and professional. His estimate was a little higher but he was suggesting a bit more than we had originally thought. We decided to wait until late summer/early fall. Keith followed up and kept in touch. “Painters in Lexington – My Three Sons Professional Painting Services. We hired this company to stain our deck. It’s a new deck that we spent a lot of time (and $$) to build, so we wanted the initial staining to be done well to protect our investment. We got numerous bids and while My Three Sons was not the lowest price, they were an easy choice for our project. The initial estimate process was very professional, knowledgeable, and plan clearly explained. Follow-up calls were not done in an annoying/pestering way. When it was time to move forward, the communication moved to a different person, but the transition was smooth with no drop in customer service. The project started exactly when promised, the crew on-site was professional, stayed busy, and communicated very clearly when they were leaving both days for what to expect next. We’ve had our share of bad experiences with contractors not showing, communicating, poor quality, etc. My Three Sons has been the best contractor experience that we have ever had. “I hired My Three Sons to remove the textured ceilings in a new home I purchased in December 2020. The job was sizable, requiring the removal of approximately 3400 square feet of textured surface. Tony, our project manager, successfully finished the job over a relatively short period with great care and attention to detail. Looking at our ceilings now, you would never know they were once textured–they are perfectly smooth, pristine, and look original to the house. Moreover, the removal of the texture brightened the light in our home significantly and modernized the overall look immediately. I can’t say enough about how professional My Three Sons was or what a great job they did.
