The painting was impeccably done the time promised. They were very considerate and maintained a clean workplace. Although it might be possible to find less expensive painters, it would not be possible to beat the price for the level of quality they delivered. We were very pleased with the company and its employees.“

“Last November, I hired Keith Zafren’s company, My Three Sons Professional Painting, to apply an elastomeric coating to my badly weathered deck. Keith assured me this product would last 5-7 years. Well, after only 8 months, my deck looked terrible. The product was peeling and cracking everywhere. I informed Keith and he immediately came out the next day to inspect the problems personally. He called me right away to tell me it was clear to him the men who he had performed the work 8 months ago did not listen to his instructions, and they applied the product improperly. Hence, the product failure. Within two days, he had another one of his men at my house to pressure wash all the old product off my deck, and then apply two new coats of the coating properly, all at no cost to me. It’s remarkable to find a contractor who stands behind his work and word like Keith does. I’m very happy with my deck now. And I’m confident that if there are any other issues, Keith will resolve them.”

I just had four rooms painted by My Three Sons and they did an incredible job. Quick, neat, careful, well organized, conscientious, polite, always on time, and they did a beautiful job. I've never had a better experience with painters and have never had a project look so good. Travis, the crew leader, was always professional and a real pleasure to work with, the kind of person I was happy to trust with my home. Though they didn't submit the lowest bid, their price was very fair and very competitive and their thoroughness in assessing the job and preparing their estimate was impressive, head and shoulders above any of the others I called. It made it easy to choose them for the job. Keith, the owner, even helped pick out the colors.

We are so pleased with the work performed by My Three Sons Professional Painting. They painted the entire interior of our home and transformed our home. Travis and his crew were such a pleasure to have around, worked really hard, and cleaned up after themselves at the end of every work day. They certainly cared about doing a good job for us, and it was reflected in the finished product. During the middle of the project, we went out of town for a week. We felt very safe leaving them in our home knowing that they could be trusted with the keys to our home and that they would not cut corners on the job while we were away. Keith was so great to work with and followed up on every question or concern we had. We are happy that we chose My Three Sons Painting to do our job and will certainly call on them for any future painting projects we might have.

My Three Sons Painting never lets us down. We recently had our kitchen cabinets redone. They took so much time preparing them before painting and it shows. They turned out beautiful!! This was not the first time we have hired My Three Sons Painting and it definitely won't be the last!

I found My Three Sons online. They painted a door and frame, patched and painted a wall, and sanded, primed, and painted an unfinished fireplace mantel. Keith, the owner, was amazing. He was always on time, detailed with his assessment of the project, explained everything thoroughly, and was in contact with me regularly throughout the process. Best of all, Keith was able to schedule me in for the NEXT DAY - a SATURDAY since my project was fairly small and he had an employee willing to work a weekend. Keith came over the day painting began and went over the to-do list with the painter personally. He brought all of the supplies needed and checked in with me each day to make sure I was satisfied with the work. If I contacted him with a question, I heard back from him within minutes. You couldn't ask for a nicer, more professional guy. I felt like he genuinely cared that I was not only happy with the work, but the entire experience. I also felt that they made my time and schedule a priority. Ben, the painter who did the work was great as well. He showed up when he said he would, worked efficiently, was very neat, and was very courteous and polite. He did a wonderful job. Based on the above, I really have no reason to look for another painting company. I trust My Three Sons and plan to use them for all of our painting needs in the future.

My Three Sons Professional Painting came highly recommended to me by several neighbors and friends. The bid was accurate, the work was done as soon as my other contractors finished the exterior construction, and the painters were professional, efficient and kind. Keith and his whole crew were a pleasure to work with. My entire house looks just wonderful and I get great comments all the time from neighbors about what a nice job they did! We originally obtained three bids to paint the interior of our house. Unfortunately, we elected to go with a local franchise of a national company that was less expensive. The online reviews were positive and a friend had used them with good results. This turned out to be one of the biggest mistakes we have made. Be aware that reviews may be crew-specific. Some of the individuals sent to paint our home were careless and borderline incompetent. We had to clean for about two hours each night after they left and the end result was much worse than if I had done the job myself. We then contacted Keith at My Three Sons to come in and paint the woodwork. I cannot express the difference between the two companies. Geyner and Christopher have cared for our home like it was their own. The workmanship is fantastic. These gentlemen are professionals and take pride in their craft; totally unlike our previous experience. I give My Three Sons my highest recommendation. Keith is a man of integrity and stands behind his company’s work. We will not waste our time with bids for our next painting job. I will consider no one else.

I wanted to commend My Three Sons Professional Painting Services (Painters in Lexington) for the job they did on the outside of my house. I hated the color of the brick and had tried to remedy by having someone else dye the brick; it looked like he had put graffiti on my house. Keith, the owner, did some research on what I could do to fix it. We decided on a lime wash paint and it looks great. I have had several compliments within just a few days. I will use them for any painting needs in the future as well

My Three Sons Professional Painting did excellent work at our home. We had our master bathroom, front entry and door, and our garage door painted. I hired My Three Sons to remove the textured ceilings in a new home I purchased in December 2020. The job was sizable, requiring the removal of approximately 3400 square feet of textured surface. Tony, our project manager, successfully finished the job over a relatively short period with great care and attention to detail. Looking at our ceilings now, you would never know they were once textured--they are perfectly smooth, pristine, and look original to the house. Moreover, the removal of the texture brightened the light in our home significantly and modernized the overall look immediately. I can't say enough about how professional My Three Sons was or what a great job they did. Amongst all the many, large-scale projects we tackled in our new home, refinishing the ceilings resulted in one of our favorite finished products and it is something we are so glad we did with My Three Sons.

Painters in Lexington - My Three Sons Professional Painting Services. We hired this company to stain our deck. It’s a new deck that we spent a lot of time (and $$) to build, so we wanted the initial staining to be done well to protect our investment. We got numerous bids and while My Three Sons was not the lowest price, they were an easy choice for our project. The initial estimate process was very professional, knowledgeable, and plan clearly explained. Follow-up calls were not done in an annoying/pestering way. When it was time to move forward, the communication moved to a different person, but the transition was smooth with no drop in customer service. The project started exactly when promised, the crew on-site was professional, stayed busy, and communicated very clearly when they were leaving both days for what to expect next. We’ve had our share of bad experiences with contractors not showing, communicating, poor quality, etc. My Three Sons has been the best contractor experience that we have ever had. When we’re ready for our next painting/staining project, we’ll definitely return to this company!

We had our house limewashed and we couldn’t be happier with the results. My Three Sons painting knew exactly what we were looking for. If you are looking for Lexington painters contact them. They were so helpful and easy to work with. We had a certain look we wanted and they were glad to repaint and rewash as much as needed to get the exact finished product.
