Testimonials

“I am impressed with Keith’s follow up. They had refinished my decks about two years ago, and one of the decks began showing accelerated age at the end of last year. I contacted Keith and he promptly came out to see for himself. Not only did he come, but he brought the manufacturer rep of the product used. They agreed that the deck did not represent what they expected in terms of quality. He scheduled a time that day to come back out, strip, and redo the entire deck. He said it was the right thing to do. Thank you very much for your exceptional follow up!”

“Keith was professional in every aspect. The contract was very detailed with no hidden surprises. He and his crew did what he said he would do in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend to anyone.“

“It is a pleasure for us to say this company did an amazing job on our project. Their capabilities far outweigh anything I could ever say about the quality of work performed. I highly recommend these painters in Lexington for any job no matter the size of the project.” (Tuscany, Hamburg)

“I got quotes from three different painting companies: $380 with no explanation of how the work would be done; $200 with some explanation; and My Three Sons’ quote of $297 with a calm, detailed and clearly presented plan for treating the rust and painting the vent. Owner Keith Zafren kept in touch with me by phone and email before he went to my house; after he looked at this very small project when he again explained what he would do and when he planned to do it; after he got the first coat on (and sent pictures); and when the job was finished. He even sent a picture of my pathetic porch and offered to write a quote for staining. Keith requested a partial payment for the materials, and within a week, the job was done. HUGE IMPROVEMENT. I would definitely recommend him and would use him again. This is the second time I’ve used Angie’s List for finding and contracting with a service provider, and I have been thoroughly pleased with both.“

“My Three Sons, its owner Keith Zafran, and its painting professionals are fantastic — I cannot speak highly enough about them. They are true professionals, excellent painters, and extremely friendly and efficient. They came to give a free estimate right away and fit me into their schedule very quickly. They were very responsive to questions and they made my house look fantastic. I highly recommend them!”

“We hired My Three Sons to remove the textured ceilings in a new home we purchased in December 2020. The job was sizable, requiring the removal of approximately 3400 square feet of textured surface. Tony, our project manager, successfully finished the job over a relatively short period with great care and attention to detail. Looking at our ceilings now, you would never know they were once textured–they are perfectly smooth, pristine, and look original to the house. Moreover, the removal of the texture brightened the light in our home significantly and modernized the overall look immediately. We can’t say enough about how professional My Three Sons was or what a great job they did. Amongst all the many, large-scale projects we tackled in our new home, refinishing the ceilings resulted in one of our favorite finished products and it is something we are so glad we did with My Three Sons.”

“I cannot say enough good things about My Three Sons Professional Painting Services. Keith Zafren and his painters did such an outstanding job for me that they will be my first call for any future projects I may have.“

“We had our house limewashed and we couldn’t be happier with the results. My Three Sons painting knew exactly what we were looking for. If you are looking for Lexington painters contact them. They were so helpful and easy to work with. We had a certain look we wanted and they were glad to repaint and rewash as much as needed to get the exact finished product.“

“I hired My Three Sons to limewash/paint my house and do some exterior repair work. The company was highly professional and responsive, and the guys that did the work were polite and efficient. There were some unexpected complications with the repairs, and My Three Sons handled the issue professionally without excessive extra costs. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and they reached out weeks afterwards to make sure everything was satisfactory. My project was outdoors, but every employee that I interacted with was pleasant and I would be comfortable hiring My Three Sons for work inside my home. I recommend this company to anyone who is considering hiring them.” – Kevin R., 5 Star Google Review

“Once again My Three Sons Professional Painting services really performed an awesome job for me by way of making a referral of a terrific husband and wife carpentry tem-Derek and Jessica. I would have never known of their capabilities if it had not have been for Keith’s recommendation. Top notch work done by this pair. Professionalism, efficiency and work that resulted in a durable sturdy closet remodeling job.”

“My Three Sons Professional Painting Services are OUTSTANDING!!! My deck used to look 100 yrs old, but these painters in Lexington did a great job cleaning, restoring, & painting it. Now it looks practically brand new!! They were very courteous, trustworthy, & professional as well, and that gave me piece of mind when hired them. I will definitely be calling them again for my next job & highly recommend them for yours.“

“My Three Sons was great to work with. Very understanding and respectful and we had good interactions with the owner as well as all of the employees. Very impressed and will be using them again in the future.“

“We could not be happier with the quality of the work. The ceilings went from textured to absolutely flawless and smooth. The work was done in a very professional manner. There was virtually no dust and extra care was taken to protect floors and furnishings. They were prompt and the work was completed in an amazing timeline. We highly recommend My Three Sons to smooth out textured ceilings and also paint.“

“This has to be the best company I’ve ever used. We were doing some renovations, and they came highly recommended. They showed up on time, they staid late if necessary, and cleaned up better than it was before they started. They went above and beyond. The past companies we had used were a total nightmare, but My Three Sons is unbelievably excellent, and they’re the hardest working people I’ve ever seen! I’d give them an A+ if I could!“

“My Three Sons Painting did an excellent job refinishing our front doors. After nine years, our doors were very weathered. Geyner and Christopher were very meticulous and did an outstanding job. Everything was completely cleaned up at the end of the day. The doors look brand new. Keith was very professional and communicated continuously during the project. Truly, an outstanding company that I highly recommend.”

“I found My Three Sons on the Internet while looking for someone to repair water damage from a leaky roof. This repair was not just for painting – there was significant damage to the old lathing that old buildings have. This damage was very significant particularly because it had occurred on a building built in 1908. My problem is that I am in Lexington only once a month and needed someone who was trustworthy and would do what they said they would do – without me there to supervise the work progress on a day-to-day basis. As one meets Keith, the owner, you can tell right away that he is a man of character and is honest. I saw the final results this past weekend while in Lexington and they are very nice. I highly recommend My Three Sons for any repair and painting needs you may have.“
