Project Description

Chris and Mindy Edmondson asked us to do a complete remodel of their existing kitchen and small living room and entry by removing the walls between each area to make one grand great room. The project was extensive. We had to install a large LVL beam to support the weight of the roof as we were taking out a large load bearing wall.

We installed all new cabinets, new hardwood floor, all new lighting, a new tile backsplash, built a new customer hood for the stove and shelving designed by Mindy. We also added a bench and bead board at the entry area to create a mud room area.

The finished result was a beautiful open room and floor plan.
