“I am impressed with Keith’s follow up. They had refinished my decks about two years ago, and one of the decks began showing accelerated age at the end of last year. I contacted Keith and he promptly came out to see for himself. Not only did he come, but he brought the manufacturer rep of the product used. They agreed that the deck did not represent what they expected in terms of quality. He scheduled a time that day to come back out, strip, and redo the entire deck.
